Why Can't I Login?
We've substantially increased the security of our website. Because of this,
returning customers will need to select a new password and re-enter credit card
information. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are certain that it's
in your best interest.
Do I Have To Create An Account?
No. You may checkout without creating an account. However, please note that not
all features of our website are available to non-members. You will also not
be able to view the order status of your order, and each time you shop with
us you will have to re-enter all of your information. Creating an account is
free.
How Do I Create An Account?
If this is your first time visiting our new site, welcome! you
can create an account using your e-mail address and
a password of your choice. This is a one time occurrence and
takes just a minute. On subsequent visits you'll be able to log-in
to your account and we'll have your information ready to go!
Improved Shopping Cart
We've added many things in our shopping cart area to improve your shopping experience.
Look for shipping quotes, gift card redemption, local delivery options, increased
security, and Rewards Program intergration. You will now also have the option
to check-out without creating an account.
Improved Account Management
Create an account and securely store multiple
shipping addresses and/ or billing methods, as well as
track your orders on-line! It's a secure and convenient way
to make shopping at samswine.com easier for you.
We've Also Improved The Ways You Can Search And What
You'll Find
We've kept the Basic Search box, it's now on the top left of
the site, but it's a lot smarter. The basic search will
now return more relevant results, and you can search by department.
Narrow Your Search
You may narrow your search with our improved
Expert Search. Look up items both by department and by their
unique properties (for example, ‘Producer’ or ‘Points’ or ‘Country’ of
origin).
In addition, both the Expert and Basic Search let you search
within your first set of results to further narrow down the range
of items you see. For example, a search for ‘Chardonnay’ yields
670+ results. Let’s say that you’re after a Chardonnay
with lemony flavors. Searching for “lemon” within
those results yields 26 Chardonnays—just what you were
looking for.
Never Lose Your Place
Best of all, at the top of each Browse result, you'll see a “breadcrumb” trail
of where you've been. And like any good trail, you
can follow it back right to where you started.
