This program is intended for customers' personal accounts only.
This program is not intended for corporate, government, universities,
caterers and other non-personal type customer accounts. If individuals
from corporate accounts would like to be a part of this program
for their individual purchases, then we encourage those individuals
to sign up for the program, individually.
If I have my register receipt, am I able to get the points and
prices from my purchase?
We encourage you to sign up for the program before you checkout.
This way you will receive all the discounted prices, automatically.
After the checkout process is completed, we are only able to
award the points from your purchase to your account. Just fill
out the Sam's Rewards account application and we'll take care
of the rest. Please note, to receive the discounted Sam's Rewards
card prices, you must be entered in the program before you reach
the register. Thanks for understanding.
What if I come to Sam's and I don't have my card?
We can access your account at the register either with your last
name or your phone number so if you forget your card we can still
process your transaction.
I am interested in your monthly promotions. How can I find out
about your Rewards card prices and other promotions?
All the Rewards card information will be updated on our web site
each month.
Will I get a statement of my Rewards card activity?
Presently, we have no plans to provide a monthly statement. This
may change but until further notice, simply email terellab@samswine.com.
Terella can let you know how many Sam's points have accumulated
in your account.
Do I get points for my entire order total?
Almost. There are some excluded items. You do not receive points
for delivery charges, keg deposits, sales taxes, county taxes,
tastings, gift cards and other non-merchandise categories. Please note, although
you don't receive points for tastings, you do receive 25% off
for each of our tastings. Our computer system will post the proper
amount to your account.
Are futures and other pre-sell items included in this program?
No, they are not included in the program. We generally try to
offer the lowest possible prices for pre-sell items, at all times.
As prices in this category are market determined, they are not
included in this program.
Do I have to put down my birthday?
No, of course not. However, if we have your address, we may send
you a gift coupon on your birthday.
Can I turn my gift card in and receive a credit on my credit
card?
Sorry. You cannot redeem your gift card for a credit. These awards
are our way of thanking you for past purchases. They should be
redeemed to enjoy our other fine products, services and events.
Please don’t send us back your gift card.
I forgot to present my Rewards card when I came to the store.
Can I mail in my receipt so that points can be credited to my
account?
You may do so as long as we receive your receipt within 60 days
of your purchase.
When I signup for the program, will I get a card instantly?
No, we will mail the card out in a few days. However, your account
will be activated as soon as a Sam’s associate makes a
few changes to your account status. Also, you may mail in your
receipt within 60 days so that your purchase points are credited
to your account.
