“VeeV Southside ”
• VeeV Açaí Spirit
• Fresh Lemon slices
• Fresh Mint
• Club Soda
Mix VeeV, lemons, mint over ice in a shaker, shake well,
transfer to a glass and top with club soda, garnish with a mint sprig.

“The Gargoyl e”
• 2 oz. Le Tourment Vert Absinthe
• 1 oz. Simple Syrup
• 1 oz. Sweet and Sour
• Squeeze of Lemon Wedge
Combine and serve.

“Organic Snow Queen Summer Breeze”
• 1-1/2 oz. Snow Queen Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Organic Agave Nectar
• 1/2 Organic Lemon, Pieced
• 10-12 Organic Blueberries
• 2-3 Sprigs of Mint
Muddle berries and lemon to juice. Add organic Snow Queen
Vodka, agave nectar and ice. Shake vigorously 20 -30 seconds.
Muddle mint in a highball glass, add ice strain cocktail. Garnish.
